In the modern world, the problem of dried up energy sources has become an important problem in the development of the world. Now, many scholars focus on how to solve this key problem. The appearance of the new energy brings new hope to energy development. The new energy sources also become the hot issues. Among the new energy, wind power and solar energy have been worldwide attention, and the two kinds of the new energy are the most extensive application in recent years. Independent wind power systems or photovoltaic power system has its own shortcomings and imitations, but the two energies have the perfect complementation to each other, so the power system of wind/solar hybrid is a more rational energy utilization way. This thesis is based on this idea, and develops a wind/solar hybrid controller and its controlling method. At the end of this thesis constructs a wind/solar hybrid experimental platform. The main work is as follows:Firstly, study the maximum power point tracking technologies of the independent wind power systems and photovoltaic power generation system.Then study the genetic algorithm, especially hybrid encoding genetic algorithm and parallel genetic algorithm. Finally, put forward to a method of maximum power point tracking control parallel hybrid coding genetic algorithm based on parallel hybrid encoding genetic algorithm.Secondly, according to the characteristics of the power system of wind/solar hybrid, design a wind/solar hybrid controller, including the general function and the circuit with specific function, and design the software program according to their corresponding hardware circuit, so as to realize the function of the wind/solar hybrid controller.Finally, based on all the knowledge from the papers and existing conditions of the laboratory, and referenced some foreign experimental systems or engineering experience in construction, establish a small wind/solar hybrid system. Mainly complete the design of the main electrical wiring and the construction of the experiment platform, and analyze the way of the operation and the power supply of the experimental platform.
