Research On Cost Control Of File Information Building Project Based On Qili Village Oil Production

As the owner party of the archives information building,the Qili village need to managethe project cost effectively. However there are still many problems in the management of theproject cost and the key to solve the these problems is to improve and perfect themanagement system. Therefore, it has the realistic instruction significance to study thecontrol of the project cost of the archives information building. To provide referentialsuggestions for the Qili village oil production even for the others in the whole country,this paper analyses and discusses that how to control the project cost of the archivesinformation building seasonably combining the actual condition of the archives informationbuilding.In this paper, the main research contents are as follows:First, we do theoretical research on the control and system of the project cost. This paperstates the purpose and the significance, research method, research content, and the innovationpoints and has a general understanding of the control and the construction of the project cost.Then, it describes the concepts, influential factors, methods about the project cost control andanalysis of component of project cost in order to better understand and hold the control of theproject cost.Last, it establishes the measures for the project cost control and makes the particulartheoretical method, control measures and manner of execution of the archives informationbuilding project. To control the project more strictly by taking a series of measures such as,strengthening the professional knowledge training and contract administration of themanagement layer, making strict quota design, establishing and improving the project costmanagement system.Finally, it summarizes the conclusion of the research, results of the research anddisadvantages, and puts forward several prospects to improve the future related research.
