Research On Layout Rationality And Optimizing For Suburban Public Service Location

Public service facilities can guarantee the public service systems at the national or regional socio-economic activities in the normal and the foundation of the development of the national economy. Educational facilities as an important part of public services, the quality of services and the level of development related to the need of national survival and development. Among them, the nine-year compulsory education is the foundation of all education. In recent years, more and more scholars began to focus on the construction and development of compulsory education facilities, and rational distribution of educational facilities is fundamental equitable development of education. Many scholars from the perspective of the scale and the development of educational facilities and research areas of the school site, and some scholars from the perspective of the overall urban planning status and location of facilities to evaluate, but the angle is more macroscopic evaluation, subjective evaluation tendencies as well. Therefore, in order to minimize educational facility process of select too subjective tendencies, while for the most of China’s urban areas, urban and rural co-exist, the evaluation criteria of select must be flexible and applicable features, this paper based on GIS suburban educational service location space optimization method, the evaluation of facility select results more objective and true.With the continuous advancement of GIS technology, the software of ArcGIS provides an effective platform for select study of public facilities layout. This paper based on network analysis ArcGIS 10.1 with full consideration of the distribution of population and road network, based on the use of accessibility of spatial analysis methods to analyze the status of educational facilities, school-age population coverage and evaluation of educational facilities of education convenient case, reasonable and unreasonable zone distribution area judged educational facilities, pointed out the area of need to optimize. Analysis and calculate educational facilities serving node attribute by minimizing the impedance model, and made more reasonable educational facilities serving the population. The analysis of the reasonableness of the population compared to the current situation of education service facility services, and quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis to explore the rationality of the education scale facilities, and put forward reasonable suggestion to select location. Through systematic study of Shenyang Sujiatun District, the results prove that the operational program.The ideas and analysis methods of this paper can be extended to similar suburb areas select of educational facilities and provide decision-making basis for compulsory service node under the new town site. But also for the development of economy and society in the context of public service facility studies of select provide a reference.
