Study On Maintenance Management Of Chengde Rural Distribution Network

With the increasing of scale of rural distribution network and increasingly requirements of reliability of power supply, it puts forward higher requirements on the level of maintenance management. The key to improve the level of maintenance management is to find the weak link of rural distribution network. Starting from the actual situation of Chengde rural distribution network, this paper analyzes and research on the practical problems of maintenance work. The main contents and conclusions of the study are as follows:1) Based on researching of the basic data and operation data, it evaluates the power supply reliability of Chengde rural distribution network by combing qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis, to judge the level of maintenance management. In terms of the maintenance management mode, the maintenance schedule and the repair work, it discusses the present situation of maintenance management of Chengde rural distribution network. It analyzes problems of Chengde rural distribution network and find the sally port of improving the level of maintenance management with the comprehensive result of the evaluation of the reliability and the current situation analysis.2) The paper research on the theory and application method of Fault Tree Analysis(FTA). Based on the comprehensive consideration of the components in overhead transmission line and its function, it establishes a fault tree of the overhead transmission line in rural power distribution network. By using membership function and relative inferiority degree, it determines the probability of bottom event, and then the probability of the top event. A method is put forward to audit the nature of the defects based on the probability of the failure of top event. At last, a practical analysis is made.3) The paper research on the theory and application method of Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process, it proposes a method of decision-making of multi-sectoral coordination by constructing the hierarchy structure in two aspects and the judgment matrix and weight calculation. It can solve the problem of blind decision in the making of plan of annual maintenance. It is a quantitative method considering numbers of factors which can solve how to make a decision. It can also solve the problems such as the isolating from each other of information of the state which is hard to be gathered. The method has highly practical significance.
