Boiler exhaust has always been one of the most important heat loss, account for about 80% of the heat loss of boiler exhaust. The main factors influencing the power plant boiler exhaust heat loss is the exhaust temperature.The general situation, exhaust temperature rise every 10℃ the exhaust heat loss increased by 0.6%~1.0%. As the situation that energy saving and emission reduction becoming more serious, it is one of the key wok of the power plant unit upgrades that the depth using of boiler exhaust.Power plant #6 boiler with circulating fluid bed boiler has the characteristics that wide fuel adaptation range, high combustion efficiency, low pollutant emission and so on. But because of its fuel adaption range, in actual operation, the burning coal composition and imagine coal composition are different, so the boiler exhaust temperature is often higher than the design values, which caused the fall of boiler efficiency and loss of a larger amount of waste heat. It has very important economic and social significance for the #6boiler the depth of the exhaust wasteful heat recovery.According to the #6 boiler running status, the article analysis the necessity of recycling and study the depth of the exhaust waste heat recover technology systematically. First, based on the analysis of system characteristic, the paper demonstrates the necessity of the reconstruction project and put forward the feasible technological upgrading overall plan and conducted a scheme comparison, thus from the point of view of technical economy determine the optimal project feasible scheme.Second, the thesis study the technical scheme and put forward the focus of the management work content from the engineering organization, construction, progress control and completion inspection, for technical renovation work provides the necessary guarantee. Finally, the essay build the evaluation system effective retrofit scheme of #6boiler exhaust waste heat recovery, that including the evaluation index system, weighting method and index evaluation model. Based on actual date, the treatise evaluate the desired effect of the #6 boiler technology innovation project and inspect the scientific and feasibility of the project technical scheme and the applicability of evaluation system,what’s more, It as well as provide the reference for other similar.
