Evaluation Research On Functions Of Our Non- Standard Residence In Towns And Villages

With the promotion of a new socialist countryside policies, and comprehensively promote the urbanization in our country, in recent years, rural residents’ living standard and living quality has received the unprecedented attention. To improve the living standards of residents in villages radically, accelerate the construction of new socialist countryside, the Ministry of Science and Technology joint the Ministry of construction, Land resources, the SAC and several other departments jointly launched the "Eleventh Five-Year" project. Though working for the improvement of rural house has been carried out for many years, the construction of rural residence are improved in terms of quantity and quality in our country, but there are still many problems on the functions of the village residence, such as safety risks, spatial structure is irrational, waste of resources severely, etc. And, for a long time, the focus of scholars on the study of rural residence construction in our country is the planning and design and Safety construction, but there is no complete theoretical system of norms and standards for residence function. So by the evaluation and improvement research on non-standard residence of our country villages and towns, improve the level of construction in rural residence, improve the living environment of rural residents, which is the purpose of this study.In this paper, detailed elaborated the research background, combined with theoretical studies to clarify the object and scope of this study, which provide a basis for follow-up research. Based on the questionnaire survey and field visit, this paper plans to analyze the non-standard residence function to our country villages and towns in detail, including adaptability, safety, durability and environmental. Based on the principles of index system constructing, combined with the actual needs of the residents, to build the evaluation index system of non-standard residence function in villages and towns, covering adaptation index, safety index, durability index, economic index and environmental index, a total of 12 secondary index and 48 tertiary index. To avoid the shortcomings of a single weighting method, the 5 level scale method and entropy method are used to determine the weight of the evaluation index. The gray clustering TWW method is used to evaluate the evaluation index, and the non-standard residence function evaluation model was established. It is provided a method for judging the non-standard residence function, and also provided new ideas for targeted research to improve the non-standard residence function. Finally through the empirical analysis to verify the feasibility of the evaluation model, and analyzes the evaluation results, then proposed specific measures for improvement non-standard residence function.The evaluation model of non-standard residence, not only provide a judging method, also can help the targeted improve research on non-standard residence. It is significance to promotion the development of towns and villages healthy and rapid.
