Design And Implementation Of ERM And Configuration Software

With the rapid development of the train track traffic industry technology, the high speed train will soon be universal, it makes for train transportation safety more strictly. So more and more safety equipment is used on train communication network. "black box" as an important equipment which be used to record in the operation of the train. it has a very wide market prospects. On the basis of train control technology, this paper designed a event recorder machine and a matching configuration software.Firstly,from the development recently of Train Communication Network technology, the parper summarise development of Train Communication Network device and Multifunction Vehicle Bus.then it analyze structure of TCN and MVB Communication protocl.According to considering event recorder machine and configuration software,In the aspect of hardware the article describe realization of event recorder machine including peripheral architecture of ERM,design of CPU interface circuit,analysis of PC104-MVB module and design of Motherboard, power board, switch board.In the aspect of software the article describe design of database of upper computer,configuration software of upper computer, configuration data acquisition program of ERM,initialize configuration program of ERM and analysis configuration program of ERM.Finally,debugging the ERM and configuration software by VCU test platform.It turn out the software can be realizatied configuration function through analyze of test results.
