At the same time, it will become the inevitable trend of residential construction workers. Therefore, this thesis attempts to put forward the "workers’green settlements in industrial zone" concept, hoping that the workers settlements culture as the essence. To explore settlement patterns of green energy-saving workers a realistic conditions and development of the times, which to some extent solve the current problems of the industrial zone construction worker settlements exist.This thesis proceeding from this, read a large number of references by reference, researched the workers settlements actual survey in Xi’an industrial zone, combined with the actual situation and techniques in Xi’an, reference the green house design principles about residential areas, taking into account the regional climate characteristics, together with the cultural foundation of workers’ settlements in industrial zone, made use of effective technological measures, rigorous and in-depth analysis. To obtain detailed information, we should go through simulation experiments with the corresponding means to verify the feasibility of the measures. At last, we should do the final analysis, integration, refine and integrate. Then we will draw suitable green design techniques for industrial zone workers settlements. Aiming at achieving a healthy、comfortable、efficien、economical、 harmonious and beautiful development goals which are full of humane care.
