The Distribution Automation System Based On EPON Technology

The intelligent development of power network is a new research hotspot, and the intelligent development of conventional substation is a key point in the development of intelligent network. With the maturity and development of some new technologies, new components, such as new electronic transformer, intelligent circuit breaker, IEC61850 standard and communication network technology development, the development of intelligent power system provides the technical support. Firstly overall design system of smart substation, technical characteristics and structure characteristics of the content of research and detailed description, has carried on the detailed introduction and analysis of the working principle of substation in commonly used several techniques, equipment, components of intelligent, based on summed up the advantage of intelligent substation and traditional substation, by contrast, advantage is mainly reflected in strong interoperability, high reliability, scalability and condition based maintenance more convenient.Secondly, this article puts forward the scheme of the intelligent transformation in 110kV substation based on the characteristics of 110kV substation.The scheme mainly from the networking mode, the process layer, the interval layer and the station control layer, and proposed a more general reform scheme. In this article, the process layer solution is based on iec61850-9 standard design, interface equipment to support the standard of internal support of IEC61850, process layer sub sampling point to point and independent goose network networking scheme, foreign configuration protocol to solve the switching station control layer solution and station control layer and network layer is divided into. At last, this article studies the intelligent transformation and debugging scheme of the Linpu substation, in order to be successful in the actual reform, and gives the solution to the problems during the transformation.
