Energy is an essential material resources for human life and the important guarantee of social progress and economic development. The sustainable development of energy has an important role on the national economy and national security. Our country ranked among the top of the world total energy, but per capita resources and consumption is lower than the world average. Our country is still facing a low degree of energy development and the problem of low efficiency of energy utilization. This kind of "double low" of energy production and consumption is obviously not conducive to the development of social economy, bringing to the society’s sustainable development in our country a strong sense of urgency.Our country is in demand in electricity. A large part of the energy is used to generate electricity directly. Coal-fired power generation occupies excessive proportion of power generation industry in our country and clean energy power generation accounts for a small proportion.Coal resources is scarce and power conversion efficiency is low which causing the waste of resources and polluting the air.Because of advocating energy conservation and emissions reduction today,power generation industry is faced with enormous challenges.Through analyzing power combination of current power generation side in this article,the current situation of the development of electric power industry is understood and the influencing factors of power generation is found out.The system dynamics model of power generation side is build focusing on analyzing two aspects:power generation efficiency and environment efficiency. And then the model is tested and simulated. According to the analysis of the key factors of the policy simulation and combining with the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction, the power supply structure, physical efficiency and feed-in tariff are simulated and the scope of certain proportion is Specified. Adjusting the power structure, improving the technical support, adjusting the feed-in tariffs and subsidies are put forward according to the simulation results at the last in order to guide making the energy conservation and emissions reduction policy in our country.
