A Study On Black-out Startup Options For Zhuji Power Network

Black-Start is the reconstruction of the power grids after it collapse without any other help from the other normal-running grids. Usually, we chose water-wheel generator as power supply to start other generator unit and the system has to be rebuild as soon as possible.It is the final line of the power defense for the security of the grids.This paper first introduced the present situation and development trend of our power system, clear the importance of the study.then described the current research situation at home and aboard. Discussed about the principles and problems that may appears during the reconstruction.then, make scheme of local grid’s black-start.
