Research On 10kV Distribution Grid Updating Technology Scheme And Construction Project

The distribution network is the important component as well as the fundamental facility of the power grid. With its rationality and advancement, the distribution network guarantees the sufficient capacity of electric power supply, and corresponds to the environmental protection and social development, especially the progress of the territorial economy. Besides, it can also enhance the ability of handling the unexpected events. The reconstruction for Yu-hang distribution network plans to promote the power quality and power supply reliability by studying the reforming project technology and making a specialized reconstruction scheme, which plays a positive role in promoting Yu-hang distribution network development.This paper aims at designing the reconstruction scheme, analyzing the design elements, connection modes and basic requirements. According to the current situation and the problems in Yu-hang distribution network, the solution is proposed to deal with the frequent power failures while considering the reconstruction necessity and the advantages of three-double wiring. As for the 10kv distribution network in Yu-hang, we put forward a special technical solution which makes three-double wiring mode as center, the other wiring modes as assistant tools. Based on this solution, the reconstruction design and the specific work program can be gradually achieved.The proposed reconstruction scheme firstly takes the practical situation into account and then theoretically proves to realize the design target. Owing to the fully consideration of safety and stable operation, we establish a power grid with the features of reasonable structure, flexible dispatching, high power quality and reliable power supply. In conclusion, this scheme ensures the high reliability for power load under the condition that one side in power network breaks down, so that it conforms with the development direction and demands of the national power grid.
