| SUV has become one of the most popular cars on the car- market today which sets the advantages of the cars and off-road vehicles as a whole. Based on consideration of the global oil crisis of resources, environmental pollution and other aspects, the demand for vehicle performance is increasing, including power and economic performance which are two basic performance of the vehicle. In the work of vehicle design and improvement, the researchers are most trying to improve these two performances of vehicles. But in these improving methods, the reasonable optimized matching between the transmission system and engine, which is a comprehensive and effective way.The research object of this article is a SUV of Landwind, for the purpose of improving its economic performance and optimizing the parameters of the transmission system and take advantage of the advanced CAE simulation technology for the sake of conducting the theoretical research on power transmission system matching and optimization.1. Through consulting relevant literature about vehicle power transmission system matching and optimization to understand the general research situation of different countries on the issue. Then presented the purpose and significance of this research, and details some of the evaluations to determine whether the match is reasonable or not.2. Using the CAE simulation software GT-SUITE as the platform of optimization and matching. Establish SUV vehicle simulation model and simulate the values of the indicators about power and economic of the original car, then through comparative analysis with the test values to prove the correctness of the vehicle simulation model established in this paper.3. Conducting the analysis on powertrain parameters and performance index and find out the possible problems which in theory there is space for improvement. Using the optimization function of DOE to put forward two kinds of drivetrain optimization programs, then find out the best matching optimization scheme through comparative analysis on two kinds of schemes. |
