Nowadays vehicle production plant in the production process use integration method to put the vehicle electric traction and braking systems into the vehicle system, the supplier will realize the operating characteristics in the traction system and the braking system. However, whether the characteristics of the vehicle train plant design is reasonable, is difficult to test, and if you test after the assemnly, you will miss the semi-physical simulation of this process,and it is also difficult for some extreme working conditions test, so the train characteristic defects can not be found immediately,which will increase the cost of service and technological innovation.In order to solve this problem, the thesis studied on the following aspects.In order to develop the TCU control strategy development platform quickly and efficiently, this thesis proposes a traction control system for the exchange of test platform construction method. Compared with the traditional test platform construction method, use the TCU development platform to replace the TCU in dynamic test platform.In the process of constructing a TCU development platform in order to facilitate the control strategies of TCU development platform, divid the TCU development platform into low-level control system and top-level control system,as the vehicle production plant focuse on the top-level system so this paper is mainly talk about the control method of the top-level control system. Using LabVIEW software and modular design, build development platform supporting TCU control program. Meanwhile, in order to increase flexibility and range of application procedures, use the modular design principle to design the TCU control program, and provide the replace interface so that the operator can implement custom control stratgy in this test platform.In order to verify the validity of TCU development platform, running the simulation test of it. The test results show that the developed test platform enables the development of control strategies for TCU and can realize the the control functions of traction converter and the motor.
