The Study On Pre-evaluation Of Dongmancheng Transmission Project

With the rapid development of economy in China, the demand of power has been rising. Some statistics show that in 2011 China’s power industry completed investment of739.4 billion yuan, including 368.2 billion yuan in grid investment, accounting for49.8% of the total investment. In 2005, investment of electric power industry in China is475.4 billion yuan, including 152.6 billion yuan of grid construction investment, which account for 32.1% of the total investment. That is, from 2005 to 2011, the average growth rate of grid investment of power is 15.8%.Under this background, the project of transmission and transformation of power in Beijing fengtai cartoon city is built to meet the power demand of the great growth in fengtai district, to alleviate the current situation of the region that supply capacity of power is insufficient and to solve the problem of the pressure of double circuit power supply in Zhanglu and Yamenkou.The conduct before the project determines scientifically rigorous research, analysis and feasibility studies, the evaluation in the project construction is particularly important in the early period of the implementation,and provide the important basis to the project investment. Firstly, this paper expounded the significance of the selected topic and the relevant research literature in china and abroad and analyzed the purpose of the evaluation theory, the main point, method and content of system; Secondly, the paper analyzed the power transmission and transformation project of Beijing fengtai cartoon city from the economic level, technical level and energy-saving layer, and select the static investment, cost difference, site selection, construction parts, electrical equipment and energy saving as the evaluation indexes; Thirdly, explain the method of the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation; Finally, doing a empirical analysis from the aspects of economy, technology and energy saving level of power transmission and transformation engineering of Beijing fengtai cartoon city, we can concluded that the project of transmission and transformation of power of Beijing fengtai cartoon city is reasonable and feasible.
