At present, our country’s shipbuilding gross has been the world’s largest, accounting for 41%, shipbuilding industry has developed rapidly in our country. Ship is the main carrier in the field of ship industry, shipping industry and Marine engineering, not only in increasing demand, the performance requirements are also increasing. With many features that fixed pitch propeller does not have, the controllable pitch propeller has been more and more used to cover warships, merchant ships and civil ships. As an important part of the controllable pitch propeller, the working condition of hydraulic system is good or not, directly related to controllable pitch motion can be smoothly realized, even directly affect the safety of navigation of the ship. Professional, high speed, safety and environmental protection is latest request of the new controllable pitch propeller, thus the pitch propeller hydraulic system has been also correspondingly put forward high request.Based on the analysis of working condition of a tonne ship sailing conditions, combined with the technical parameters that the party A provided, making the pitch propeller hydraulic system principle analysis, selection of hydraulic components, performance calculation of hydraulic system, structural design of hydraulic system and hydraulic system dynamic simulation in detail. Specific conditions as follows:1)Combined with the technical requirements of this set of hydraulic system and the actual operating conditions, I have analyzed respectively from the characteristics of hydraulic system, principle, reliability requirements, etc, to determine the type of system. At the same time, the typical hydraulic circuits of this system also are analyzed.2)According to the technology requirements of the system and combining with the principle diagram of the system, the paper has carried on the selection on the typical components on the motor, pump, has carried on the pipe wall thickness intensity at the same time, the hydraulic system pressure loss, such as efficiency, heating and temperature performance calculation.3)This paper raises the pitch propeller hydraulic system for the structure design, including hydraulic equipment structure, the types of hydraulic pump station, hydraulic components decorate a form, the structure of the main tank design, design of tank accessories, etc.4)The preparing work before commissioning of hydraulic system, all kinds of test system debugging, the common faults and its elimination method of hydraulic equipment, repair and maintenance of hydraulic system of the controllable pitch propeller are expounded in this paper.5)In this paper, using the software of AMESim to establish the model of the hydraulic system, the overall system has carried on the simple analysis of the simulation. At the same time, this paper, by using the powerful software HCD library on the system in building model and simulation, analyzed the influence of element parameters on the system as a whole and provide a reference for the selection of hydraulic components.
