Compared with pitch propellers,marine pitch propeller device has significant advantages of improving the propulsion efficiency of ships,advancing the matching performance of engines and propellers,and prolonging the service life of diesel engines and has been widely used in real ships recently.Strengthening crew training and training on adjustable pitch propeller and its control unit,and improving management level have become one of the important contents of crew management of shipping companies.Without being helpful to analyzing its performance and operation characteristics,it could lay the foundation for further development of the marine simulator and the crew training and teaching by carrying out the modeling and simulation of the pitch propeller device and its control units and developing the supporting visualized pitch propeller device and its control unit simulation system.In the existing turbine simulation training system,the main propulsion device is a pitch propeller,and the training and training of the pitch propeller can not be carried out.In order to expand the training contents and functions of the turbine emulation training system,Its control unit has carried on the mathematics modeling and the simulation research.Mainly completed the following work:(1)The mathematical model of Alphatronic2000 Propulsion Control System is established by using modular modeling method and mechanism modeling method.The hydraulic tank,hydraulic pump,hydraulic valve,hydraulic cylinder,cooler and hydraulic The mathematic model of piping system is fully considered in the modeling process.(2)The code of VC ++ software was used to calculate the mathematical model of the pitch propeller and its control unit.The calculation results were given.The change of the simulation model data was consistent with the actual variation of the pitch propeller.It was verified that the pitch propeller device And the model of the control unit are validated.The typical fault of the propeller hydraulic system is simulated and analyzed.The dynamic characteristics of the simulation curve are consistent with those of the real ship pitch propeller,which provides the theory for the simulation training system to troubleshoot in accordance with.(3)The two-dimensional man-machine interface of Pitch and its control unit is developed.The simulation results show that the system's operation and display function are similar to that of the real-ship system,which can meet the requirements of visual training and examinations for operation and troubleshooting.(4)The simulation training system of the pitch propeller and its control unit has been integrated into the existing turbine simulation platform to realize the communication and correlation between the simulation system and other systems.(5)The training system and troubleshooting questions of pitch propeller and its control unit were written.The simulation test verified that the system can meet the training and examination requirements of various operations and troubleshooting.
