Industrial machinery and equipment at work, the need for the speed regulation, this regulation has a lot of uncertainty in the majority of cases, the DC motor drive motor is commonly used by people, and it needs to be driven by DC motor speed control system of DC speed adjustment to achieve, but with the permanent magnet synchronous motor current compared to many faults for example, when the stability is not high, the price is expensive, a shorter working life, all of these limit the development of DC motor. The use of permanent magnet synchronous motor can be traced back to the 70’s of last century, compared with DC motor of permanent magnet synchronous motor has obvious advantages, permanent magnet synchronous motor has simple structure, small volume, high work efficiency, and can use different control algorithms to control, vector control technology is widely used with the speed of response fast, low noise, more important is the safety factor is high. Based on the permanent magnet synchronous motor vehicle is widely used as the research object, combined with the current research status of permanent magnet synchronous motor current, the drive system and control technology of permanent magnet synchronous motor has carried out a series of research and experimental validation.Application and the mechanical properties and structure of the paper first studies the permanent magnet synchronous motor is widely used, the background of this study conducted in-depth analysis, analysis of present research situation of domestic permanent magnet synchronous motor drive control system and control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor.Then we study the control method of permanent magnet synchronous motor, using different control algorithm of motor control, including the field oriented control and direct torque control and weak magnetic control, again based on the XC2267 as micro controller drive circuit design, a combination of hardware and software for analysis and experimental verification.16 Infineon XC2267 powerful micro controller, a three-phase full bridge driver chip 6ED003L06 and OptiMOS power transistor (SPB80N06S2L-07), the composition of the control and driving circuit,In the aspect of software, including driver motor driver and improve the efficiency of the control algorithm of motor control.Finally, different control algorithms and software simulation of permanent magnet synchronous motor drive, and drive performance experimental verification of permanent magnet synchronous motor.
