Design And Implementation Of Remote Concentrated Measurement Management System Of TongHua Steel Company

In the traditional truck weighing management mode, logistics, information and weighing cannot organically unify in together. The efficiency of manual mode of operation is not high, which is prone to cause human error, jams over balance, cheating, etc. This paper describes the design of Tong Gang remote weighting testing system, which can ensure measurement management to be scientific and accuracy, put an end to man-made factor, in accordance with the requirement of truck scale integrated enterprise management.Remote concentrated measurement system can monitor and control the remote measurement process based on local measurement system and computer network technology. It can monitor the measurement field in video and audio way, collect the measurement process signals, such as vehicle position and so on through the field sensor, and guide vehicles through the rings, signal lights, LEDs, conversations, barriers,etc. Remote measuring center can give remote guidance to field measuring process according to the monitoring data and the video through the way of speech. Remote concentrated measurement system can realize remote control including truck scale. It has effectively prevented the cheating and collusion phenomenon between gaugers and the owners, improved working conditions of the gaugers, realized the quantization assessment of the gaugers’ work quality and working efficiency, balanced the gaugers’ workload, and greatly improved the quality and efficiency of measuring work.Tong Gang remote weighting testing system began to be used in 2010, operating in good condition and achieving the expected requirement.
