Research On Key Technologies And Evaluation Index Of New Generation Of Smart Substation

In 2012,State Grid Corporation of China proposed the construction of new generation smart substation,marking the new generation smart substation ' s construction officially started.In 2013,State Grid Corporation of China's first batch of six new generation smart substation demonstration project successfully put into operation,new generation smart substation construction has made a breakthrough.According to the research and construction of a new generation of smart substation demonstration project,the research of the paper includes summary of key technology,selection of evaluation index,analysis and suggestion of evaluation results,systematically combing the actual operation effect of new technology and equipment in demonstration project,formed a series of practical technical program;from engineering design,equipment development,testing and operation four aspects to extract the quantitative evaluation index,four new generation intelligent substations are evaluated,the evaluation results are analyzed and Suggestions are put forward.In the summary of key technologies,this paper takes four kinds of key equipment unique to a new generation of smart substation as a unit,the equipment in the engineering design,equipment development,testing and operation involved in specific issues,explain technical points and the corresponding solutions.In selecting the evaluation index,this paper fully considers the advanced technology of the equipment and the economic applicability of the plan,and also puts forward quantifiable and practical evaluation indexes from four aspects: engineering design,equipment development,testing and operation.In analyzing the evaluation results and providing advice,this paper analyses the data of four new generation of smart substations,in the aspects of engineering design,equipment development,testing and operation,this paper objectively and accurately analyses and evaluates the new generation of smart substations.The advantages and disadvantages of the actual operation are evaluated,and the relevant suggestions are given in accordance with the results of the evaluation to promote the optimization and promotion of a new generation of smart substations.The research achievements of the paper provide a strong support for the application of new solidified technology,quantification of demonstration projects ' construction achievements and the construction of follow-up project.
