Road tartar electric road vehicles to electric vehicles as the carrier to complete the laid of plaque, which also include the establishment of road paving p laque and photoelectric control part. Through research, we get the results of the research are as follows:The electric car of the structure and principle of the drive system and its control system, according to the way the actual working status of electric road vehicles plaque identified road battery location to the layout of the plaque, driving mode selection electromechanical drive arrangement. Three dimensional modelling software Creo tartar electric road car of entity modeling is used, through the establishment of the model to analyze the rationality of the structure of the vehicle, to ensure that the road tartar electric road vehicles in the working process of the system be able to complete the road paving plaque coordinate with each other.The way of laying mechanism of each part of the plaque, right tartar laying mechanism and road fetching plaque to build 3 d mode are syudiedl. Laying institutions with the finite element analysis software ANSYS, the main force component statics analysis, road is in the process of laying plaque strength stiffness of main mechanical parts meet the requirements.Part of the study of the photoelectric control system were designed, based on matrix circuit composed of silicon photocell to collect laser signals and judge the position of the laser signal, and through the PLC control to realize automatic installation of right tartar.The above research contents can be achieved complete plaque for the placed at a predetermined position automatic installation, basic implementation mechanization installed in the plaque of the road, will fill a gap in the road construction mac hinery industry.
