With the increasingly rapid urbanization of Xin Jiang, the consciousness of people’s environmental protection is improving. The increasing demand on the scale of enterprise production, contributed to the use and transformation of resources and the environment. In recent years,a large number of project that building, rebuilding and expanded in Xin Jiang region. Frequent construction activities, increase the consumption of natural resources and energy,this is a realistical and protential threat for the fragiled ecological environment,intensify the environmental degradation of Xin JiangIn this paper, through the Literature Review, Field research method, Questionaire survey, Delphi Method and so on, investigate and analyze the current situation about green construction and environmental protection of projects on Xinjiang. The matn research contents include:1)On studying and analyzing the current situation, summarize the some problems of the green construction and environmental protection, research what is the driving force factors to implement invironmental protection for the construction enterprise. Using the PLSAM theory to establish the environmental protection drive model.2)At the same time, to identify the factors of green construction and environmental protection.The profit maximization is the basic purpose for enterprise, the implementation of green construction will increase the enterprise cost. In order to improve enterprise’s proactive, the paper considering the environmental cost and benefits while studying the influencing factor.3)Apply the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process(PAHP) to establish the assessment index system of green construction and environmental protection, which is suitable for the Xinjiang region. Combine with the actual project cases, evaluating environmental protection during construction, then come to a conclusion that has the certain practical significance.
