With the extensive use of rotating machinery in the industrial production, especially in the field of electric power, chemical, petroleum, metallurgy. So, the normal working of rotating machinery is important to safety production. the machinery is more large-scale,more high-speed, and more automated,when the accident occurred, The damage is more serious.Therefore, the rotating machinery is equipped with a monitoring and protection systems. so, the monitoring system Verification and analysis become an important topic.The traditional calibration exist high cost, long cycle, complex operation, single function,low automation, caused great inconvenience to field applications. The calibrator through using advanced technology to complete a multi-functional&automated calibration and analysis equipment.1, Understand the monitoring parameters of rotating machinery and its physical significance and the theory of vibration analysis. Study on the industry sensors&instrumentation&calibration. Because, Research on them can help us to design a better.2, The Modular design is used in the system. Mainly include: a signal generator, a standard sensor, a signal preprocessing module, AD conversion module, DSP digital signal processing module, communication module and ARM system module. Study on the reliability design and circuit debugging method.3, Introduces the embedded linux system based on 6410(the ARM module) and the DSP module and the FPGA module and they function.such as how to compelet real-time key signal output and how to get the real-time speed and how to make AD synchronous and a whole period divided into 256 point signal sampling, and how to make High-speed AD data into FIFO cache.4, The actual verification of MMS6000 monitoring system, focuses on the analysis of displacement, vibration, speed system calibration and PR6423 eddy current sensor calibration. To verify the reliability and accuracy of the calibration system.The calibrator, output signal is accurate and stable, can simulate the running state of rotating machinery. The system can effectively solve the problem( complex operation,functional singleness, expensiveness, low automation) in traditional calibrator. There is a higher value and important significance in field application.
