The rapid prosperity of economy and growth of population not only bring the continuous progress of science, but also bring the acceleration shortage of land. Therefore, people begin to try to use reinforced concrete and steel structure, and make the building much higher. In recent years, high-rise buildings have become to the logo and highlight of our urban modernization. Because the safety and stability and building fire of high-rise buildings not only have high difficulty for designation and construction, but also the high-rise buildings will spend much investment and long construction. On the basis of these factors, the government departments and construction units put forward higher quality requirements and control selection criteria for high-rise buildings.Firstly, we take the case of Xuelian mansion to analyze the structure characteristics, quality objectives and deployment of high-rise buildings. Based on these, we study the key points and difficulty of Xuelian mansion.Secondly, aiming at the difficulties in quality management of Xuelian mansion, we construct the related quality control system of production elements which include person, machine, material, method and environment. Theses five factors not only embody the quality management characteristic of high-rise buildings, but also play an important in complementing the engineering on time, in high quality and efficiency and with low energy.Finally, by applying project management system and BIM technology to Xuelian mansion, we ensure that the engineering could be completed in the environment of more cautious and high standards.From the actual situation of Xuelian mansion, This paper do some analyzation by combining theory with practice, and we expect that our relevant theoretical results can provide more reliable support and practical basis for high-rise building engineering.
