| Xinjiang manas river basin, deep in the inland, has the characteristics of the typical continental climate, the region daily sufficient sunshine, day and night temperature difference is bigger, dry little rain at ordinary times, the overall water shortage of water resources. Since the sixties and seventies of the 20 th century, xinjiang manas river region of industrial and agricultural scale rapid development, the social demand for water is higher and higher, many places have fall into the predicament of the serious shortage of water resources, a direct impact on the sustainable development of social economy, in order to make the water resource utilization efficiency, promote the development of local economy, in this paper, the xinjiang manas river basin water resources use efficiency were studied.The main content of the thesis includes the following aspects:1, discusses the utilization efficiency of water resources at home and abroad research experience and results, proposed in view of the manas river basin water resources use efficiency of research methods and technical route, the utilization efficiency of water resources with research provides the theoretical support and guidance.2, this paper discusses the basic theory of water resources use efficiency, comprehensive analysis of the theory of water right, water price theory, the externality of water resource utilization, publicity, and value system.3, through the study of the status quo of the water resources utilization in xinjiang, mainly analysis the manas river valley agricultural water utilization efficiency of water resources, points out the reasons of low utilization efficiency of water resources for the construction of water resources evaluation under laid a solid foundation.4, using principal component analysis and empirical analysis, build system of manas river basin water resources use efficiency, through the comprehensive selection of 14 index as the index layer, respectively from different angles to reflect the manas river basin water resources use efficiency.5, by building the efficiency of water resources system, and put forward the factors affecting the agricultural water use efficiency of the system and non-institutional factors, put forward the effective ways to solve the problem. |
