Formthe goal oriented, evaluation proceeds from marketing, technology, cost control and management in four aspects, and the use of AHP to the index selection, and establishes the evaluation index system of residential planning and design. Then, using the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the index weight,and then establish level extension model for the comprehensive evaluation of planning and design,to select the optimal scheme.Finally, according to model in this paper,to comprehensive evaluate the two planning and design of a residential district of Chongqing, help the real estate development company choose the better design. Through the example analysis, prove the level extension analysis method in comprehensive evaluation of planning and design of residential area has certain reference significance. |
