With rapid development of Chinese society and economy, the building of the comprehensive transportation hub that plays an important role in driving urban economic development. Large-scale instruction around become assorted complicated traffic flow. The urban functional space of the hub area needs reconstruction and reorganization. For coordination and promotion between the comprehensive transportation hub area and urban planning, many researchers at home and abroad made a further study of synergy theory and related synergy technical model. As a result, coordinated development is becoming a major researching area. The thesis comprehensive transportation hub and adjacent areas, and current situation of evaluation index. Conception of "coordination index" will be introduced based on the elements of "high quality of human behavior" and "the use of space efficiently" which will be used as theoretical support for coordinative measure study. Then, studying basic interactive elements between the hub and adjacent area by multi-agent cooperation and export object. And preliminary set of basic elements of co-factor index will be completed. On this basis, the calculation of outstanding foreign road network hub eigenvalues based on a complex network model.. And by AHP weighting method. Then according to the results of relevant research and analysis of relevant national laws and regulations of planning indicators to measure indicators of coordination, transfer rate and accessibility, using a combination of qualitative and quantitative research to evaluate the grading factor. As examples by North Railway Terminal in Chengdu South Railway Terminal in ShangHai and Railway Terminal in HanKou, then analyzing test results to testify feasibility and reliability of the index system. Summary results based on collaborative construction of Terminal and the adjacent areas and development of optimization strategies and methods.
