| The project team is the main power in the construction of the mega engineering project. Effective team is the guarantee of human resource to achieve the construction goal of the mega engineering project. Due to the mega engineering project involves many different professional knowledge, knowledge sharing between members of the team is one of the important ways and measures for the construction of efficient team. Transactive memory system as a kind of knowledge sharing system, including two parts: the individual team members’ knowledge and knowing each other’s differentiation between members. Researching on the formation mechanism of transactive memory systems in the mega engineering project team has important significance on how to improve the efficiency of the knowledge division in the mega engineering project team.In this paper, the transactive memory system, the project team and the mega engineering project team’s research status was analyzed. For transactive memory system, theory analysis was respectively from the core idea of transactive memory system, the formation process of transactive memory system and the formation mechanism of transactive memory system; For mega engineering project team, theory analysis was from the core concept of team theory, the guiding significance of team theory on the mega engineering project, the difference between the mega engineering project and the general project, defined the connotation of the mega engineering project team and the characteristics of the mega engineering project team.On the basis of theoretical analysis, this paper put forward the concept model of transactive memory system in the mega engineering project team, identified the affecting factors, which including: team factors(team learning, team communication, team trust, team cohesion), individual factors(skills, knowledge sharing intention), knowledge management(knowledge creation, knowledge storage and knowledge transfer), task interdependence, knowledge quiet degree, and analyzed the relationship between the influencing factors. Built a hypothesis model of the formation mechanism of transactive memory system in the major project team, established the research variables and measures.Finally, the paper made an empirical analysis about the hypothesis model. SPSS20.0 software was used to do the analysis of the characteristics of the data obtained from the questionnaire survey, also the analysis of the reliability and validity of the data. Amos17.0 software was used to the check analysis on the structural equation model. Based on the results of the analysis above, put forward the suggestion on the the formation of major transactive memory system in the mega engineering project team and draw the conclusions. |
