In this article, through to the huizhou area typical residential village on-the-spot investigation,collected the basic data of the common residential types and its envelope including roof, wall and outside window structure in the region,and then on this base,summarized the present stage of the basic types of rural house in huizhou region.It is concluded that the local rural house envelope thermal performance is poor, the indoor thermal environment can not meet the basic needs of the indoor thermal comfort,based on the different typical residential indoor thermal environment of the envelope and the envelope thermal performance test data analysis.So that more and more people use the air conditioning or other equipment to meet the demand for thermal comfort, increased building energy consumption.And the proportion of heat loss of building palisade structure in the building energy consumption occupies larger, especially the thermal performance of the residences’ envelope can be decided to building energy saving effect of the whole.In order to reduce the building energy consumption of the residential in huizhou village, reasonable energy-saving design research on housing envelope is the key link.The research is based on the Design Builder of building energy simulation analysis software. First of all, according to the research results and theoretical research on benchmark of huizhou rural house,and the calculation model is established on energy consumption of huizhou rural residential.On the basis of the benchmark residential energy consumption simulation, combined with the climate conditions of the huizhou region and economic and technical development level of the village, by improving thebenchmark residential structure and material of the system to improve the thermal performance of the structure.Secondly, it is simulatied respectively that the different improvement practice measures of roof, wall and outside window collected.On based the results to judge effects of different envelope on residential energy consumption.Then,by using the method of orthogonal experiment of different modified envelope energy-saving technology are combined, and calculated the heating energy consumption of air conditioning of the nine different structure combination system solution size, by comparing with the benchmark residential, calculated the respective energy values, by using the intuitive analysis combined with poor analysis, found preliminaryly may be a better solution and the optimal solution of the possible existence.In order to determine the optimal combination scheme of the envelope for the couplet platoon type and detached house could be better and the optimal solution under the condition of the use of air conditioning system and their respective benchmark of the total load of simulation comparing to the residential energy conservation value and two houses mainly used in natural ventilation room under the condition of the indoor daily average temperature in the heating and air conditioning season,as the comprehensive evaluation criteria of the optimal solution.In the end, through to simulation results in the air conditioning system load and the indoor thermal environment to determine the optimal solution.By putting the terrace type with two detached house respectively corresponding to the optimal combination scheme using the envelope system in the construction of towns and villages in huizhou to improve indoor thermal environment quality and reduce building energy consumption,and to promote the sustainable development of the local rural house.
