| Synchronizer is one of the most important part in automobile, it’s performance has deeply influence function of shift gears. With the develop of automobile technical, test system need improve.The paper expound the test system of synchronizer performance detailedly.Design the test system,according to rule of QC/T568-1999《Test Methods for automobile transmission》.Imitate moving automobile rotational inertia by servo motor and rotational plate,synchronizer can working similar with real conditiong. Collect test date by sensor, set up a system to communicate with human and machine by Pro-face touch panel. Simulation and monitoring test system by using softwear of WinCC.Analysis the performance of synchronizer,accord the result of simulation. the system content require of performance test. |
