SGMW in order to improve the performance of the synchronizer, invited School of Automotive Engineering of Wuhan University of Technology of Automotive Engineering to collaborate to jointly develop the mechanical transmission synchronizer performance test bench. N200, M150, and CN100models for the study, the construction of shift control mechanism of the test bench to test on this basis to establish the evaluation criteria of the shift control mechanism, improve the the SGMW car power shift manipulation of the system development process.Synchronizer performance test systems, in-depth analysis and research, the synchronizer performance testing of the test bench design; then to the specific parameters of the testing process from the test rig mechanical design principles, selection of hardware analysis are described in detail, especially the specific test methods in the testing process is fully learn from the success stories at home and abroad, and on this basis were optimized to get a reasonable comparison forefront of scientific testing methods, which is the subject of.Finally, an important guarantee of successful research; the specific results of the analysis of test data.In the test bench, carried out a large number of tests, and gets the performance parameters, the data were analyzed, thus the synchronization effect, the synchronization process and synchronous ability three aspects of evaluation index.
