With the development of our country economy and frequent personnel exchanges,ship as a important transportation work, in the national economy and social interaction plays an important role. But, at present our country in the aspect of the construction of the ship in distress communication system has shortcomings, most of the ship installation of the distress communication equipment, alarm means single and there is a big limitation.BeiDou satellite navigation system, on the other hand, is being implemented in our country,the satellite navigation and positioning system with completely independent intellectual property rights, it not only has positioning function, also has the short message communication ability, has been replicated in many fields. Ship in distress after the design and implementation of communication control system is based on the purpose of development and design, it can greatly improve the efficiency of the alarm, enlarge the coverage of communication, effectively to ensure the safety of shipping. This article mainly introduced based on ARM microcontroller control system of the ship in distress communication design and implementation method.
