Nonprofit Public Service Facilities Planning Study In Liyang

Nonprofit public service facilities is to provide residents with a variety of public and service facilities. The fundamental purpose of the construction is to meet all kinds of the residents’ public service demands, to make their life more efficient, convenient and comfortable. At present, the nonprofit public service facilities of Liyang, on the one hand, facing the problem of insufficient construction; On the other hand, because of better economic conditions and residents’ rising demand for all kinds of facilities, it’s difficult to meet the demands of the local residents according to the national standards of the original layout. Therefore, in the light of the characteristics of Liyang, studying the actual demand and satisfaction of the residents, drawing up a public service facilities planning in line with the development of the local characteristics. It has a certain significance for the solution of similar good economic conditions and medium-sized city nonprofit public service facilities planning.This paper develops the questionnaire on the analysis of the present situation, makes a detailed understanding of the public service facilities based on the residents’ demand and satisfaction survey and a detailed interpretation of the current code with the same type of city, then carrying out the research on public service facilities, infrastructure and facilities classification grading index and planning, putting forward the corresponding solution and suggestion. Finally, studying the related standards and providing the reference for the small and medium-sized city public service facilities.This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is introduction, mainly presents the background of the thesis, puts forward the research purpose and meaning, defines the object and scope of the research, and learns the research both at home and abroad, determines the methods and framework. The second chapter focuses on the analysis of the basic situation of the nonprofit public service facilities of Liyang, summarizes the main present problems. The third chapter formulates the questionnaire on a preliminary understanding of the situation through the analysis of the degree of satisfaction on understanding residents for satisfaction scale of facilities and travel time, and summarizes the satisfactory facilities scale values and travel time. Then it sums up the current nonprofit public service facilities through the demand analysis to understand residents’ demand for facilities has been built and unbuilt. The fourth chapter puts forward the overall target and basic principle of the nonprofit public service facilities planning in Liyang. At the same time, it establishes suitable public welfare facilities classification system, the classification system of public service, index system through the result of the satisfaction survey, combined with the policies and regulations, and other relevant departments of the city experience. Finally, it conducts the public facilities planning layout through summarizing the above problems and determining the index. The last chapter summarizes the full paper and points out the shortcomings and the further research directions.
