Study On Spatial Layout Of Residential Community In Central Urban Area Of Hejin

As the basic unit of urban governance,reasonable layout of residential communities in cities is of great significance for urban development and efficient and convenient management.However,due to the lack of attention to people-oriented planning concept in current urban development,there are problems in residential communities,such as disordered spatial system and lack of effective management approaches.Focusing on cities in China,although the concept of community has been emphasized,most community planning is dominated by administrative units and lacks unified coordination with planning units,resulting in the disconnection between practice and theory in the specific implementation of community planning.At the same time,the community system in the central urban area of Hejin is chaotic,and the poor quality and low construction level of internal space in the community are difficult to meet the daily life needs of urban residents.Based on the characteristics of urban development and construction,community spatial distribution and population spatial distribution in the central urban area of Hejin,the study on the spatial layout of residential communities in the central urban area of Hejin is mainly to alleviate the increasingly prominent confusion of community system and the realistic dilemma of poor community quality.Therefore,it is particularly urgent to integrate the spatial system of residential communities and adjust the spatial layout within the community in order to achieve the sustainable and healthy development of residential community space.Based on the above background,this paper takes the residential community in the central city of Hejin as the research object,and divides the community into three types according to the spatial characteristics of the residential community in Hejin.Through the integration of community system at the urban level,and the layout adjustment at the community level from four aspects of residential space,service facilities,landscape green space and road traffic,the spatial layout of the community in the central city of Hejin is optimized.Overall,the full text contains five parts of the research content,namely,background analysis,current characteristics and problem analysis,influencing factors and optimization path construction,community space system integration,community internal space layout adjustment.The first part is the background interpretation,the main content includes the research background,research purpose and significance,basic concepts and reviews,clear the connotation of the research object and related research progress at home and abroad,as the theoretical basis of this study.The second part is the analysis of the current characteristics and problems,including the development process of the central urban area,the current characteristics and problems of the residential community.Through the overall analysis of the research object to establish the research background,and then the research object in-depth analysis of the status quo characteristics and problems.The third part according to the residents ’ satisfaction survey combined with the characteristics and problems of the residential community,respectively,from the ’ community system ’and ’ community internal space ’ two levels of factors affecting the spatial layout of residential communities.On this basis,the optimization ideas and framework of community spatial layout are summarized in order to directly guide the optimization of residential community spatial layout.The fourth and fifth parts are the core chapters of this paper,corresponding to the two optimization contents of community space layout.The fourth part is the integration of residential community space system,which studies the relationship between the community itself and the relationship between the community and the city.It mainly includes three parts : community type division,community population scale research and community structure organization,in order to build a residential system coupled with the urban system.The fifth part is the adjustment of the internal spatial layout of the community.According to the three major types of residential communities in Hejin,namely,the old community,the commercial housing community and the urban village community,the differentiated optimization strategies of the internal spatial layout of the community are proposed,and the corresponding optimization models of the residential space,service facilities,green space and road space of the community are proposed to guide the adjustment of the spatial layout of the community.In summary,the spatial layout optimization framework and methods of residential communities formed in this paper have a direct guiding role in alleviating the current dilemma of residential communities in the central urban area of Hejin,and the formed ideas and methods also have certain reference significance for the spatial layout optimization of urban communities in central and western China.
