The Application Of Engineering Machinery Products Research In Green Design Concept

The environmental problem has become the focus concern in the word. Thanks to the improving environmental protection consciousness among the governments, enterprises and also the individual, along with the emergence of all kinds of green trade barriers, green design conforms the requirement to the modern designing trend and sustainable development obviously. Green design is one of the effective ways to solve the environmental pollution problems in manufacturing and engineering machinery industries fundamentally, and it is the inevitable choice for sustainable development, and also it has become a hot spot in engineering machinery design field. At present, green design of engineering machinery has just started. Because of its immature and especially the lack of green design concept on how to realize the successful application in the development of construction machinery, there are many problems needed to be solved.This thesis depends on the advantage of heavy industry, engineering machinery, and equipment manufacturing of Tianjin Binhai new area as the background, exampling on the clean-up truck which is used for sewage pumping station and corporately developed with Tianjin Yuan Tong municipal engineering LTD. In this thesis we make an in-depth research on how the green design concept applying successfully in the engineering machinery product development, and the main research work includes:1. Through the analysis of macroscopic control and design trend, and basis of the green design background, concept, connotation, we re-interpreted the meaning and design principle of green product design, analyzing its life cycle characteristics and the application of product design in detail, giving an impact assessment method on the product life cycle.2. According to research on the engineering machinery nowadays, we gave a considerable analysis on engineering machinery customers, and found out the problems and shortages in engineering mechanical research, and planed out the process of engineering machinery green design, and analyzed the function, cost, market and development trend of engineering machinery.3. Depending on the problems and insufficiency in construction machinery we made a detailed explanation of expressing forms of the engineering mechanical green design through the design sophistication, technology innovation, economic and environmental compatibility and so on. And also we analyzed its function, cost, and green performance in real situation, and improved its practical application, which fully embodied how to applied the green design to the development of construction machinery successfully.4. Through the communication with Tianjin Yuan Tong municipal engineering LTD, and combined with the actual situation of sewage pumping station, we built a complete set of development system used for sewage pumping station disposal truck, and highlighted the practicability and coordination of green design in engineering machinery product development to accelerate and promote its development and application.
