Since the excavator has the advantages of massive strength, high efficiency and the capable of works which are impossible for man power, it was extensively used in construction area. The electrical and electronic control technology has represented the developing level and direction of the excavator technology, the electronic monitoring system has been the indispensible part of the electronic system and has a more and more requirement to the design rationality.The electronic monitoring system has a late start in our country, though some significant accomplishment has been occurred, but still has a long way to go compare with the systems abroad. For example the slow refreshing speeds in the product on service; indicator hops in the dash board; unit excavator couldn’t accomplish internet updates which these problems leads a high maintenance.In this thesis we will hold the purpose to meet the multi-demands of the market, deploy the modern excavator electronic monitoring system designs and fulfill it. The major works of this thesis are the followings:(1) Study the data memory contents of the monitoring system, adopting the small space Nor Flash for memory, and settle a kind of index table and reference figure based store structure, to realize the data search and monitor function.(2) Research the oil level data updated from the control unit, analysis the reason causes the hops of the indicator, rises the double insurance data management system, which is adopting the traditional sliding average filtering method and data gradient range table to solve the hoping problem.(3) Adopting the IAP method, realize the remote data updating by 3G. In the thesis rises the configuration method by interrupt vector table of unified RAM, with modification of outside interruption.(4) Through analog and switch control the system for data acquisition, transportation and operation. Design the hardware circuit of the monitoring system to process the critical circuit for proper operation.The interface of electronic monitoring system designed and realized in this thesis are well organized, solved the problem of indicator hoping, and functioned the data resources sharing by communicating with 3G base, has been adopted by certain hardware manufacturers. This system is available for various models, support a detailed program for domestic electronic monitoring development, and provide theory and data basis, practical experience for future development of more smart and specialized system, has great and sufficient realistic meanings.
