Project schedule management is a management mode which integrates the project time and cost control, resource optimization, scheduling and adjustment in one. With the development of economy, the quantity and scale of construction projects are increasing, and the optimization and control of project schedule is the key content of project management. It is the important measure to guarantee the project cost, schedule and quality。At present, the research of project schedule management mainly focuses on the study of time and cost optimization. In the project schedule management, there is no single project schedule management. In real life, there are many problems in the actual work. in the case of limited resources, how to coordinate the project schedule and resource becomes a hot issue.With a lot of research and access to information, based on the domestic and foreign research on project schedule management status and in the current construction project schedule management status of system analysis and research, in view of the present problems of construction project schedule control, combined with the second phase of Laizhou Yunfeng No.1 project schedule management, the project schedule plan and optimization, schedule control management and implementation are analyzed, the main contents of this paper include the following aspects:(1) the background and general situation of the second phase of Yunfeng No.l project is introduced, The characteristics and difficulties of the project and the risk of the project schedule management are deeply analyzed, The necessity of the project schedule management is put forward.(2) the second phase of Laizhou Yunfeng No.1 project work task is decomposited, the logical relationship of the project is analyzed. the CMP method is used to compile the project schedule. the corresponding critical path and time limit for a project is determined primarily.(3) Critical chain theory and its analysis in project schedule optimization is introduced, mainly including job classification, elimination of process safety time, project bottleneck resource identification, determination of key chain of construction project, setting and calculation of project buffer zone, calculation of working elasticity coefficient and project buffer calculation. Thought the engineering example, the application of critical chain theory (CMM method) the second phase of Yunfeng No.1 project schedule is analyzed and the project schedule is preparated and superiority of the CMM method is analyzed.(4) according to the characteristics of the project, the project schedule plan is put forward from the aspects of organization, technology, contract and management, economy and information. based on key chain theory,the dynamic control management method is proposed.
