| Land space layout optimization research is the reasonable configuration of different using wayss of land types, quantity, structure, scientific layout of land space position, and to establish mutual relationship among space layout, the maximization of the intensive use of land. As an important type of land use, the optimization of Rural residential land is conducive to saving land resources and urban and rural development. The relating research has gradually become a hot topic in academic research, the research methods have gradually changed from qualitative analysis to quantitative analysis of the conversion. And spatial statistics and spatial analysis have injected new vigor to the study of layout optimization of rural settlements. While the development of 3S technology lays a good foundation for data space, data management and data analysis, which also provides the technical support for the rural residential space layout optimization and enriches the application areas of GIS.This research takes 3 villages of Tashui Town in Sichuan Anxian as the studying area. Wth spatial statistics theory and using 3s technology, the research integrated a variety of quantitative analysis methods. And the research studies al residential distribution characteristics an affecting factors from such 3 levels of information acquisition, information processing, information feedback, realizes the optimization of the layout of rural residential, establishes plans of adjusting the layout of rural residential area system. The main contents and conclusions of the research are as follows:(1)through the analysis of the overall characteristics, rural residential discrete features and spatial distribution characteristics, characteristics of the layout of rural settlements is expressed as numerous, small scales and scattered distribution. A further rural residential domain influence factor analysis found that affected by over 10 years’ rural land comprehensive improvement and new rural construction activities, residential layout has been formed a new layout mode. The research divides the residential layout pattern abstraction into 3 kinds:point layout mode, the linear layout mode, block layout mode.(2)through the GIS spatial analysis function and the statistical function, combined with landscape pattern index, the research points out that the influence of the layout of rural settlements in the study area by topographic condition, the main road, the administrative center of the village, and water conservancy facilities and farming environment. In the process of buffer analysis, with the road, the center of the village, and water conservancy facilities, land buffer radius change. And the residential spatial pattern also changes regularly.(3)The research considers the natural, social, economic and environmental factors affecting the basic layout of rural residential area, uses ArcGIS spatial analysis function, builds a village domain wide rural residential space layout optimization advises, and divides residential areas into 3 types of concentrated settlements, relocation type and retention. Optimization of the space provides the reference and the basis for the integration model of rural residential choice, which is a prerequisite basis at present Township village of rural land comprehensive planning, and provides research methods feasible for planning research.To sum up, the thesis studies rural residents village domain point distribution, layout optimization method is studied and set the development of the space layout advises. The research results show that the 3S technology and a variety of other quantitative analysis methods combining can study the residential spatial distribution characteristics form 3 stages of rural residential information obtaining, processing and feedback and eventually realize the optimization of the layout of residential space. At the same time, the optimal layout advises can provide scientific basis for rural construction land consolidation and new socialist rural construction. |
