It is an energy conservation and environmental protection green engineering with two significant advantages--heat preservation and heat insulation, and energy conservation priority has become China’s sustainable energy development strategy, in this situation, the external wall thermal insulation technology and product facing the good development opportunity, which should be energetically popularization and application. But under the pressures of the construction technology and material cost, the current application of external wall thermal insulation engineering housing have appeared in the surface fall off, craze, indoor return creams and condensation and serious quality problem.So it is imperative to enhance the quality control of the external wall thermal insulation engineering.Foam Concrete Exterior Insulation Project of Anshan is lightweight concrete fire foam insulation board,compared with the common polystyrene board and rock wool panels, it has multiple advantages of thermal insulation capacity, low cost, environmental pollution and so on. "Long-term project, quality first" is the eternal theme of construction, quality management is an important part of the overall project management system, effective quality management can clearly define all the quality requirements of the project, make each project links correctly completed, and ultimately achieve the quality of the overall goal of the project. Therefore, the quality management of Anshan foam concrete exterior insulation has important practical significance, it can provide the basis for accurately locating quality issues for engineering, designing quality management programs, and the implementation of safeguards.In this paper, the quality management Anshan foam concrete exterior insulation works as the research object, Firstly, the research put forward the background and significance of strengthening exterior insulation project quality management, and through the literature review to understand the present situation of the study on external wall thermal insulation engineering in China. Secondly, this paper introduces the construction technology of the engineering process, and found in the engineering design quality, material quality, the problems existing in the construction quality, etc. In view of the engineering of the existing problems, using project management theory and method of research, such as 5M1 E, from human, machine, material, method, ring, and other aspects measuring of Anshan foam concrete external wall thermal insulation engineering carried on the thorough analysis of the cause of quality problems.Finally, on the basis of clear engineering existing problems and causes of the problem.We propose a quality management program designed foam concrete exterior insulation works, and in terms of the construction schedule, construction materials, construction and other organizations for the implementation of a quality management program proposed safety precautions. We are hoping to provide a reference for future exterior insulation project quality management through this study. |
