In recent years, along with our country real estate industry rise gradually, make the real estate industry has gradually become a pillar industry of our country’s economy. The society has a strong influence in our country. To measure the size of a developer comprehensive management ability, can through the realization of its social and economic value of real estate project.Today, most real estate developers pursue construction progress, building quality, the competitive environment in the real estate industry, real estate developers must improve its risk management consciousness and comprehensive regulation and control ability. Because our country real estate project risk management is in its infancy, many developers of real estate project risk management consciousness weak, the risk management measures and countermeasures are not up to the idea of social sustainable development.This article through to retrieve, sort out a large number of real estate risk management related literature at home and abroad, and grasp the basic way to risk identification and risk response. At the same time, based on the basic situation and the development of Chinese real estate industry in the process of risk factors for identification. In diamond hill in shenyang real estate project as a case, combining domestic and foreign advanced theory, from the investment project, preparation, construction and sales of the four main stages of project risks. By adopting the method of expert evaluation and analytic hierarchy for diamond hill project risk identification and evaluation, and on the project from preparation stage to the construction process, to the late links related to real estate sales and property management to take effective measures against risks.
