With the rapid development of automobile industry in China, it has become a critically important transportation,however it also brings bad influence in our life. Accoding to the analasis of the statistical data, the commercial vehical which has been steadily increasing in the number of consuming a large of resources, and the fuel consumption of heavy duty commercial vehical is an urgent problem that needs immediate settlement. With the increasing of environmental consciousness, its on the rapid increase in the number of commercial vehical. According to the knowing based on government procurement information in 2015, it accounted for 50 percent of total special vehical purchases. Due to one of the working characteristics is the big change of sanitation vehical loading, its too hard to make balancing dynamic property and economical performance with power transmission system when in the each condition of working.This thesis is a study of the sanitation truck with ten gear transmissions, and it should be matched with improvement of the powertrain system parameters and Gear Shifting Program.This thesis establishes the model of Powertrain of sanitation truck with Cruise, then according to dynamic and economic evaluations, it brings simulation analysis of the dynamic and economic performance of sanitation truck which is compared with experimental results so that has been tested to be reliable. It is also compared the hundreds of kilometers fuel consumption of six Cycle which is calculated with the simulation result of Cruise. Under the calculation about shifting regularity of partial dynamic and ecomomic type with GSP module, this is in contracts simulation results according to the way of shifting time of vehicle speed change. Using ISIGHT-CRUISE combined simulation continuously, its made in gear box ratio and final drive ratio, the fuel consumption of C-WTVC cycle is to the object function, and optimizes based on parameters of power transmission system of sanitation truck. Finally, with the calculation of using by GSP Optomization, it optimizesoptimal economic shifting Program according to C-WTVC cycles, and increases sanitation truck’s fuel economy.
