Cluster supply chain configuration is from the perspective of whole optimization in system of cluster chain collaboration, to optimize parameters setting of cross-chain cooperation, optimal selection strategy of single supply chain alternative option of corresponding node and multi-echelon inventory control optimization. In order to ensure that the new formed cluster supply chain can complete special orders to the optimal target (maximum profit, lowest cost, etc.). However, in the environment of uncertain market demand, the workload fluctuation is caused by the make-to-order enterprises in an industrial cluster, while the enterprise holds a large number of safety stock to ensure continuous production, resulting in a huge waste. As a result, the research of cloister production operation link part is the cluster supply chain configuration, considering the workload and safety stock blanching under the uncertainly demand of market order, node supplier selection in the single supply chain, and parameter inventory optimization are very critical. This thesis analyzes cluster supply chain mode of operation and order allocation strategy, proposes cluster supply chain configuration model, and builds single supply chain node enterprise with guarantee service model, researches the optimization method of cluster supply chain configuration considering the market demand uncertainty and workload and safety stock balancing.In part one, combined with the problems existing in the production of cluster, this thesis from domestic and foreign research progress of the cluster supply chain configuration, guaranteed service model considering workload and safety stock balancing, and multidisciplinary design optimization method to analyze the problem, mechanism and method. Refer to the supply chain operations reference model this thesis puts forward cluster supply chain configuration application solution, for the realization of cluster supply chain strategy, planning and operational phases of configuration and dynamic adjustment provides a theoretical guidance and practice possibility.In part two, the cluster supply chain optimization model is established, which includes workload and safety stock balancing. Establish configuration model of the alliance leader and single supply chain node. The alliance leader node is the coordinator of multiple single supply chain. The cluster system targets are the optimal profit, service time. The single supply chain node use guarantee model with capacity constraints to build model, including the typical components purchase and assembly process discrete assembly supply chain.In part three, using the solution of analytical target cascading (ATC) based on improved genetic algorithm to resolve. Different to the use of the centralized approach, using ATC method can make independent decision subsystem of the distributed model, but also can protect the privacy of internal single supply chain, through the coupling variables between supersystem and subsystem, to establish contacts between modules. The subsystem redesigns process of genetic algorithm, including the initialization rules, genetic operators, cross and mutation operation. The above method provides a feasible solution about the cluster production distributed branch structure is uncertain, single supply chain internal structure is complex, and large-scale computing clusters distributed supply chain network configuration. Next, through the impacts of fluctuations in demand and workload fluctuation observe the cluster supply chain configuration results were sensitivity analysis, that configuration of the cluster supply chain collaboration method (the proportion of procurement), strategy of single supply chain procurement and assembly stages and parameter setting of inventory control.In part four, according to the cluster production environment, this thesis puts forward a cluster supply chain optimization configuration of SaaS based service platform, including the demand of the system, development environment, system architecture, module design and implementation of that interface for each function in detail, and finally shows the case presentations of the integrated service platform are developed.Through the research of this thesis, we have established the oriented market demand uncertainty and consider the workload and safety stock balancing of cluster supply chain configuration model and improved genetic algorithm based on the ATC to make up for the deficiency of distributed multi-echelon cluster supply chain configuration. Through this simulation experiment results for alternative strategies of cluster supply chain configuration and the preferred selection as well as setting of service time provides feasible suggestions. At last, the future research is prospected, considering the relationship between workload and safety stock under the cloud manufacturing environment, the research on the effect of the distribution of the cluster supply chain will provide a new direction.
