With the rapid development of economic construction in China, the process of urbanization has been pushed forward, which leads to the construction of urban construction land, and the high-rise building has gradually become the main development trend of urban construction projects. However, due to the complexity of high-rise building construction and its impact on its own characteristics, make it become the area of frequent accidents, the health and safety of the equipment caused serious threat. How to improve the construction safety management level,reduce the occurrence of safety accidents, reduce the loss of life and property damage is still an important issue for the healthy development of the construction industry.Through the reasonable method to the high-rise building construction process of the safety management influence factors to determine the project safety management status, and to take measures to improve, can effectively improve the level of construction safety management. By literature review, the extension evaluation method is one of the methods of extension theory in engineering practice. Among them, the matter element theory can be redefined, and quantified.The combination of correlation function method is to make the definition of the object and the target to be set up, from the qualitative and quantitative two aspects of dynamic evaluation of things, and according to the relationship between the evaluation and evaluation of the target to find the weak link, the targeted measures to improve. The evaluation method and evaluation method of extension theory are in accordance with the process of safety evaluation of high rise building construction. It can be used in the field of safety evaluation, which can provide an effective way to improve the management level of high buildings. The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly, this paper summarizes the current situation of safety management in China. By referring to the relevant regulations, safety production standards and analysis of typical accidents,from the perspective of the cause of the accident to the high-rise building construction in the major hazard identification, and select the evaluation index. Using expert investigation and analysis, the rationality of the index system is established, and the safety evaluation index system of high rise building construction is established.Secondly, it analyzes the applicability of the extension theory to the field of safety management evaluation, and establishes the model of the safety management of high rise building construction, defines the meaning of each index, and defines the four gradients and five levels of the model. Combining the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each evaluation index, the safety evaluation of the high-rise construction project. Specific four gradients include: "safe", "safe," "critical", "dangerous"". The five aspects include: the factors affecting the personnel, the impact of the goods, the technical management measures, the management and the environmental factors.Finally, this paper takes a high-rise building in Shenyang city as an example to study the object. The safety level of the project is determined by using the model of building safety management of high rise building. According to the evaluation results of each level, to find the weak link of safety management and to improve the views, and ultimately improve the level of construction safety management, to ensure the construction process safety.
