In our country, the construction industry develops rapidly, urbanization rate increase fastly,and high-rise buildings springs up.However, the accident of High-rise building come out in an unending flow,there is a large number of accidents of high-rise building every year.So,it is necessary to improve the high-rise building construction safety management mechanism and promote the healthy development of city construction.After have a comprehensive understanding of the features of high-rise building construction,this paper analyzes problems of high-rise building construction safety,find out and identify the dangerous source and the identification, and then use the analytic hierarchy process to construct a comprehensive evaluation index system of the high-rise building construction safety and determine the weight of each index value,finally constructs a security early warning model of high-rise building construction based on the theory of multilevel matter-element, at last,this paper give an example of a high-rise building in Bazhong to conduct an empirical research.Through this research, the theory of multilevel matter-element is applied to the high-rise building construction safety management system, can reflect the high-rise building construction safety comprehensive level objectively, and solve the problems of concrete level grade judgment of high-rise building construction security risks.this paper provides a new idea for the management and control of construction safety of high-rise building.
