Belt conveyor is a set of multiple disciplines of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and control is one of the various bulk materials large continuous transportation equipment, with the development of economy, belt conveyor volume is more and more big, power is more and more big, belt speed more and more high, conveyor belt more and more long, initial static characteristic design and related research have not been able to meet with conveyor current design requirements, key research is needed on the dynamic characteristics, especially some key processes conveyor belt, such as conveyer belt starting stage, transition stage and braking stage are effecting conveyor belt dynamic properties of an important period.The power bond synthetic graph modeling method established conveyor belt viscoelastic continuous bond synthetic graph model based on, with bond graph model is a conveyor belt of the equation of state by conveyor, also established a joint conveyor and the proportion of type hydraulic tensioning device for belt "start" and "transition segment bond graph model, the MATLAB simulation program is written, simulation results show that." the proportion of type hydraulic tensioning device segment to smooth the implementation of stable pressure, transitional period can reduce the impact and vibration of the system, and hydraulic tensioning device for belt conveyor through a joint modeling can better that dynamic characteristics.This paper established the mathematical model of the belt conveyor hydraulic tensioning device "stable"; through the state equation of particle swarm algorithm and "stable", the establishment of the Simulink simulation model, the corresponding matlab simulation program is compiled, the simulation results show that:the particle swarm optimization algorithm of hydraulic tensioning device "stable" controller for optimization design, improve the response characteristics and the stability of the controller, thereby reducing belt conveyor "stable" at the beginning of the pressure caused by mutations in the shock and vibration.
