Study On The Container Multimodal Transport Information Resource Integration

Under the background of global economic integration, the container multimodal transport has become a mainstream mode of transport in the field of international trade because it has the incomparable advantages over other transportation means. Because of its huge social and economic benefits, now how to submit container multimodal transport business efficiency is one of the research hotspots in the current academic circles, however the research that using information technology to improve container multimodal transport is seldom. This paper focuses on how to realize the integration of the information resources of container multimodal transport, and verifies the validity about optimization of the container multimodal transport services.The research methods of system engineering are used in this paper, whose research ideas are "current situation analysis, scheme design, program verification and sum up". First, using literature searching and system engineering method to find the research status of the container multimodal transport and information resource integration research, and I get the multimodal container transport business functions, import and export business processes, and a detailed information resource demands analysis about the multimodal transport operator, the actual carrier and other relevant government departments and so on by analysis. Then, I design the container multimodal transport local domain ontology, the global ontology and their mapping rules to solve the problem that there is semantic heterogeneity of heterogeneous system, propose container multimodal transport information resources integration system which is a four story frame, and design the information to be integrated resource layer, the information integration layer, the information transmission layer and the information presentation layer in detail to realization the project that based on domain ontology of container multimodal transport information resources integration. Finally, I verify the information resources integration can optimize the effectiveness of container multimodal transport business process using the arena simulation software to simulating business process on container Sea-Rail transport in fixed line by comparing the simulation results.This paper design of container multimodal transport information resources integration scheme whose starting point is to solve the problem of heterogeneous source information in container multimodal transport, and then verifies the information resources integration can optimize the effectiveness of container multimodal transport business process using the arena simulation software to simulating business process on container Sea-Rail transport in fixed line by comparing the simulation results. The study of this paper lays theoretical basis about the realization of regional multimodal transport logistics information integration platform.
