The main research work is as follows:1, To design and modify the pillar section, and add grating.2, In the X, Y axis, assemble with grating ruler and grating digital display instrument,to realize feeding digital control3, Transform manual control feeding into automatically control by the stepper motorinto an automated measurement.Using auto-Control technology to modify universal tool microscope, has advantages of fast measurement speed, high accuracy of measurement, and provides a platform for the realization of the 3 d measurement.
