With the accelerated process of urbanization, traffic congestion has become an important issue to the public. Metro in a certain extent, eases the traffic congestion on the ground. However, subway construction period is long, and costs a lot, people have to search for a new economic form of transportation. aeith its unique charm suspended monorail as one of the representatives is acclaim in foreign countries, which makes a lot of contributions in order to adapt to the process of the city and better transport. Compared to other single track, German H-BAHN suspended monorail, its vehicle has a lighter body, higher automation, smoother and more comfortable and other characteristics, which attract China’s attention.At present, our country is still in the digestion and in the absorption phase, there is no complete specification and standard, through the research of foreign literature and patents, combined with German monorail vehicle’s images and data,this paper constructs the structure model of A suspended monorail’s bogie. Through analysis and simulation with the model, we can make contribution to further research and development of this transportation.The main work of this paper is:Firstly, using limited data and literature and SolidWorks software, This article constructs a complete bogie model for simulation.Secondly, this article uses simple mechanical model to simplify the vehicle’s complex structure, then construct the vehicle structure diagram. Based on them, equations are established to calculate. Compared with professional software’s simulation, it is more convenient for workers to detect and check the performance of every component of the vhicle.Thirdly, in statics calculation, because the mechanical equation belongs to the transcendental equation, it can not be calculated by the conventional method, so Newton iteration method is used. We selects an appropriate initial value, then through the iterative calculation of equations, obtains the data of the behavior of every part of the vhicle when monorail passes circle and analysis performance of each component..Fourthly, in dynamic analysis, dynamic equation is established by analyzing the dynamic behavior of components under the track beam’s vibration.It’s expressed on the MATLAB/Simulink module space, and carries on the simulation by Runge Kutta method. In the dynamic analysis, the change of wheel/rail force and the vibration of the train are obtained.Fifth, with a method in structural mechanics named inverse solution principle and early ring model of tyre, nonlinear mathematical tire model is established.The purpose of the model is modify vehicle dynamics simulation model optimization in the future..
