It is Air traffic controllers’duty to prevent aircraft collision, to ensure the smooth and high-speed operation of the air traffic. According to the domestic and foreign security agencies, at least 70% air traffic accidents are directly or indirectly caused by fatigue which will increase with the rapid development of the aviation industry. ATC fatigue is, therefore, a hot issue in the field of domestic and foreign research. The Comprehensive quantitative evaluation of the air controllers’ fatigue provides an effective basis to the control and relief of it. The thesis constructs the factor diagram and strategy of ATC fatigue, Establish the evaluation index system of controllers’ fatigue and Comprehensive evaluation model of grey relational analysis method based on the analytic hierarchy process and decision making laboratory analysis method. Then, the model was validated by analysis.The research background and significance of the controllers’ fatigue evaluation are described in detail, the research status of human fatigue are also reviewed in this paper. The thesis mainly expounds the influence factors, symptoms and manifestations of fatigue, the advantages and disadvantages of the existing fatigue monitoring method.Then, the influencing factors of the controllers’fatigue are analyzed by SHEL model in the levels of L-L, L-S, L-H, L-S. The relation schema of the fatigue-leading factors and fatigue-controlling strategy are also established.The literature analysis method is adopted to collect preliminary evaluation index system of ATC fatigue in the thesis. The interview method is used to rescreen the index system, the questionnaire survey is employed to make the final selection of them. The Krone Baha (Cronbach) reliability coefficient method is adopted in Number reliability test and construction of Evaluation index system. Based on the index system and the relevance between indexes, Decision making trial and laboratory analysis is used in the modification of the initial weight got by the Analytic hierarchy process. Grey relational comprehensive evaluation model of ATCs’fatigue which is based on the combination weight is established.At last, the validity and practicability of the proposed model are verified by the concrete examples. According to the evaluation results, the corresponding analysis is made. The index factors were analyzed by the decision making laboratory analysis method, and the related mitigation strategies are put forward.
