In recent years.our country has accelerated the pace of urban construction. Urban spatial layout optimization allocation research can coordinate all kinds of land use conflicts, adjust the irrational phenomenon of land use, and give full play to the potential of urban land use. Yunnan Province due to limitations of the terrain, mountain, less Pingba, extent restricts development of urban construction, how to reasonable planning layout of urban space is a major problem faced by urban development.This study takes Dali city as the research object. Dali city is located in the Yunnan Guizhou Plateau, mountain area accounted for 70.5% of the total area, dam area accounted for 15.8% of the total area is a typical mountain plateau towns. Area has many natural resources protection and precious minority culture, correct processing good urban development and population, resources and environment relationship, rational planning the layout of urban space is the key to the sustainable development of the city of Dali.In this study, the TM Landsat remote sensing image, Dali digital elevation model (DEM) and the Shapfile document of Dali city in Dali city in 2011 were collected. Arcgis, IDRISI Selva as the main technical support software,Multi-Criteria Evaluation(MCE) was used to evaluate the suitability of three single objective——land use for urban construction, ecological protection and tourism development. After the single objective, on the basis of Land Use Suitability Analysis, Scenario Analysis sets the Fast Urban Development, Construction of Environment Friendly City, Build Tourism Construction and Urban Development both consider Ecological Environment and Tourism City four scenarios; According to the requirements of the different scenario, land use suitability maps under four scenarios were obtained by combination of three single objective suitability, after, from three aspects of selection evaluation criterion of the four scenarios of the preferred. Finally, environmentally friendly cities for the construction scene two, for the most reasonable urban space layout configuration scheme, this scheme has the following features:1,The characteristics of urban space pattern is still the continuation of the status quo:taking the urban construction around Erhai;2, Urban construction land area of reducing cultivated land occupancy of erhai lake to the west;3, Construction land mainly in the east of Erhai unused land, urban construction to the development of Erhai lake to the east...
